With our brand new website you can now book your weekly deliveries online, getting yourself 10% off at the same time! Your delivery will still come on the same day (Thursday unless instructed otherwise) and still be delivered with a smile.

We have filled the site with our most popular products, but if you can't find what you want drop us a phonecall or an e-mail and we can try and order it in for you.

So, how do you go about booking an online delivery? Follow the easy steps below and you won't go wrong!

1. Find your products!

You can search for your products in a number of ways. You can use the search facility on the left of the screen or you can browse by store. For smaller items (below 2kg) visit the Pet Store, find your product enter the quantity and click buy or reserve. If you need more information on the product, click on the products name.

For bulk bags (between 4 and 10kg) visit the Warehouse Click+Collect store where you can view all the large sacks of cat food, dog food, small animal food, wild bird seed and poultry food. Enter the quantity you require and click buy or reserve. If you need more information on the product, click on the products name.

2 . Complete the checkout procedure!

View your cart by clicking 'View cart' on the left hand side. You will see a small overview of your order already there. Once in your shopping cart, click 'checkout' and you will be presented with the 'Checkout' screen.

Enter your delivery address making sure all fields marked with * are completed. Enter your billing address is different (e.g. if being delivered to work address) or check the box "My billing information is the same as my delivery information."

The system is so clever it will automatically give you your delivery options, either free local delivery or click+collect. Check the box next to Free Local Delivery for our van deliveries.

Leave any extra order information in the 'order comments' section such as times or where to leave it.

Click review order, check everything is correct and then submit it.

3. Complete the payment!

The system will then take you to a PayPal payment page. Either login with your existing user details or select 'don't have a PayPal account' which lets you sign in as a guest!

4. Job Done!

Sit back, put your feet up and wait for your delivery to arrive. We may contact you if any problems arise or if you don't receive your order on the Thursday please contact us ASAP.
